Ealy's Real Estate Appraisals
Lisa R. Ealy
State Certified Real Estate Appraiser
| In 1970, after attending appraisal and real estate
classes, Lisa Ealy started the Ealys Appraisal business. After the first 10 years of growth, Reg Ealy, Lisas husband, left John Deere and joined Ealys full time. This allowed Lisa time to teach real estate appraisal classes at Lakeland College in Mattoon. As their children reached driving age, each was given a set of keys to the car, a camera with plenty of film, and a tape measure. Each was sent on their way and put to work in the appraisal world. In the early 90s, Lisa's son Ron Rardin left law enforcement in Garden City, Kansas, to return home. Upon his return he received a new camera, a new set of keys, and a new tape measure. Ron was back in the appraising swing and the transition of Ealys Appraisals was started to the new generation. Shortly after this transition was made, Ealys began to expand its staff in order to serve its clients more effectively. There are currently one certified general appraiser and four certified appraisers on staff. The Ealys staff consists of Ron Rardin, as Certified General Appraiser and Lisa Ealy, Darena Kasey-Rardin, Rosemary J. Lawyer and Brian Finley as Certified Real Estate Appraisers, Reg Ealy as a Research Appraisal Specialist. |
